We will follow a clockwise loop for ~5.5 miles total distance with 804 ft elevation gain through Saint Edward State Park, then Big Finn Hill Park.

Meet in the Arrowhead Elementary School parking lot (6725 NE Arrowhead Drive - Kenmore) at 5:30PM, ready to run.  No passes required. Bathroom available after ~1.6 miles next to the beach.

Please wear layers of breathable, technical clothing suitable for outdoor aerobic activities for this course's activities.

  • Waterproof jacket, hat, buff, gloves, sunglasses; running-specific gaiters recommended
  • Warm mid-weight layer (e.g. down vest or wool long sleeve)
