This is a casual run through a few trails in Bridle Parks, covering 5-6 miles with little elevation gain. We will likely finished in the dark (civil twilight ends at 6:03).

Meet at 5:30 (ready to run) at the entrance to Bridle Trails State Park off of 116th Ave NE. Please park on 116th, to the south of the park entrance as the gate will likely be closed when we finish our run. We will meet off the street by the park entrance. Since parking on street outside lot, no parking pass is required. There is a restroom at the trailhead.

Directions: From I-405, take exit 17, signed for NE 70th St. Turn right (south) onto 116th Ave NE and drive 0.9 miles. Park on the street near entrance to park on the right.
Required Equipment
Please wear layers of breathable, technical clothing suitable for outdoor aerobic activities for this course's activities.
- Waterproof jacket, hat, buff, gloves, sunglasses; running-specific gaiters recommended
- Warm mid-weight layer (e.g. down vest or wool long sleeve)
- Trail running shoes
- A small day pack suitable for trail running
