Hill repeats: This is one of three in a series of workouts focusing on interval training to improve your speed and endurance. Each week the hill repeat series will get progressively more difficult by increasing the effort time.

Total workout will be 60 - 80 minutes, 4 - 5 miles, 800-1000 ft gain.

2 mile warm up, easy jog. Hill repeat series (hard effort). Cool down.
