This session focuses on building your base milage. 

7.75 Mile loop with 1000 feet of vert.  Link to Strava Route.

We will have 2 leaders so can split into 2 pace groups as needed.  We will look to finish the route in 2 - 2.5 hours.

A suggested gear list will be provided at the classroom session.
