Bring a headlamp since we will be starting in the dark!. We will run together as a group along the varied terrain, power hiking the hills and running downhills and flats. We will stay together as a group at a conversational pace. Estimated total time will be 1h 30min which includes time for breaks and views along the way.
Meet at the Manning Park TH for an early morning run. Meet at 5:50 and run no later than 6:05 am after introductions and warm up. We will run a clockwise loop along Tibbets Marsh to Clay Pit Mine and back along Lost Beagle to the TH.
