We will meet at 8AM at the Red Town Trailhead and run the De Leo Wall trail loop.

This will be an easy, post-long run recovery run. We'll start with a 5-10 min warm up session, ready to run by 8:10AM. My dog Leo (who will be the only dog on this run) may join us. Please reach out with any questions.

This session focuses on skill-building. We will meet at a location suitable for practicing trail running.

A suggested gear list will be provided at the classroom session.
