Learn and practice trail running skills at a local frontcountry trail.

We will start at 6:00pm from the Cinder Mine trailhead at 15400 SE Newcastle Coal Creek Road (this avoids having to cross road from Red Town trailhead at Cougar Mountain).

No pass/permit required to park here.

 

 

This session focuses on gear and how to carry supplies with you while you are out trail running.

  • Waterproof jacket, hat, buff, gloves, sunglasses, gaiters are recommended.
