Mercer Island Public Library, large meeting room.

7pm - 9pm.

A two hour classroom session.

The curriculum focuses on  the basic knowledge and resources needed to plan trail running routes and begin running on trails, safely and with increased confidence.  This course is ideal for outdoor recreation enthusiasts who wish to discover trail running.

Introduction to Trail Running: Frontcountry is designed to introduce participants to trail running, with a focus on local front-country trails. The lecture is part 1 of 2.

Only one of the two field trips posted is required. We've organized two field trips to give participants more flexibility.
