With fall finally here, we’re excited to gear up for another season of Mountaineers Leadership Conferences! For over a century, our community has been led and shaped by volunteer leaders. The Mountaineers Leadership Conferences celebrate that legacy by supporting the continued growth of current and aspiring leaders.
Registration is open
- The North Sound Leadership Conference will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at the Seattle Program Center.
- The South Sound Leadership Conference will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at the Tacoma Program Center.
Throughout the conferences there will be opportunities to connect with other leaders and hear from epic presenters. We’ve carefully curated a lineup of both esteemed outdoor professionals and seasoned leaders from within The Mountaineers. A series of interactive sessions will explore the many facets of leadership from risk management to conservation and advocacy to mental health.

We’re also excited to provide a catered lunch for all conference attendees this year! Pastries, snacks, coffee, and tea will be available during morning registration.
