The annual End of Summer Picnic (formerly known as the annual Summer Picnic) has always been a time to celebrate our unique local community by getting together to exchange stories of our summer Mountaineers adventures and talk about plans for the coming year.
The picnic is open to members, families, and guests.
We are bringing the grills this year and will be serving hamburgers and veggie burgers. The BBQ will include side dishes and salads from Olympia Co-op. We will have water on hand, otherwise bring your own drinks.
We need three volunteers to bring a grill to the park. Contact Mike Riley or Mike Kretzler if you can help.
The park has a large lawn, playground for the children, walking trails, and a beachfront overlooking Budd Inlet. Come a little early and explore this lovely park.
