how did you first get involved with the mountaineers?  

My mom joined a program with The Mountaineers, then signed me up for a camp and I loved it.

Why do you participate in Mountaineers Youth Programs?

To learn more about the outdoors and free myself from worry.

What is your favorite Mountaineers memory?

When I went on the five-day summer trip to Mount Rainier. I felt alive as ever and will never forget the friends I made.

If you could give one piece of advice to someone who wanted to spend more time outside, what would you say?

Quit stressing about how people are going to take you. This community is one of my most trusted.
