WHAT FIRST BROUGHT YOU TO THE MOUNTAINEERS?
I joined The Mountaineers when I lived in Seattle right by the program center. I would climb a lot at the outdoor wall and figured joining was a way to pay it back a little. I also used their books quite a bit and thought it was a good way to show more support, and get discounts.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE MOUNTAINEERS MEMORY?
The summer that I was a camp counselor for The Mountaineers, spending time with kids outdoors and sharing some of my knowledge and experience with them.
What does adventure mean to you?
Doing something new and exciting.
WHAT INSPIRES YOU TO DONATE TO THE MOUntAINEERS?
I'm inspired to support an organization that has provided me with invaluable knowledge and rewarding experiences.
What impact do you hope to have in our community through your donations?
I hope to support programs for environmental stewardship and increased accessibility.
