Olympia Meet The Mountaineers Open House - Oct 5

The Olympia Mountaineers have traditionally held an Open House the first week of January, leaving a very short time period to enroll for the winter courses. This year, we are holding an Open House in October to provide ample time for new and existing members to sign up and register for courses.

Olympia Mountaineers have a lot to be proud of, and the annual Open House provides us the opportunity to showcase the wide range of activities, courses, and events that we put on so well!

The Open House is our chance to show the community who we are and what we do.  Tables highlighting program activities are set up around the room and staffed by friendly volunteers who are there to answer questions and encourage potential new members.

If you are a current member, you might be thinking about taking a new course, enhancing your skills, or finding a group of people to safely recreate with. The Open House is your opportunity to meet with activity leaders and ask any questions you have about what it takes to get started, the gear you will need, course schedules, and much more. Plus, a new member discount will be available for folks attending the Open House.

If you visit all the activity booths and get a stamp on your card, you will be entered in a drawing for a raffle prize.
