Are you up with the sun to beat the heat of the day? Do you hit the road at 4am to get the trailhead’s best parking spot? Do you set an alarm so you’re first on the roster for your next Mountaineers adventure? You might be an early GiveBIG giver.
Next week, thousands of Washingtonians will join GiveBIG, a regional grassroots fundraising event on May 6-7 to support the causes and organizations that help our community flourish. Early giving is open now, so there is no need to wait!
Your GiveBIG donation to The Mountaineers will:
- Protect the natural world and the outdoor experience
- Expand access to the outdoors by building an inclusive outdoor community
- Share outdoor skills with anyone who wants to learn
- Get us one step closer to our goal of 100 GiveBIG donors to unlock up to $10,000
A longtime Mountaineers member has offered to give $1,000 for every ten unique GiveBIG donors. We are aiming for 100 donors to raise an additional $10,000 to support The Mountaineers mission and community.
