Our work project includes trailhead and trail maintenance. At the trailhead we will brush back encroaching vegetation, remove invasives, clean up signage and otherwise restore the site. We will also restore an ADA loop trail at the site. On this trail we will brush back encroaching vegetation, remove invasive plants, and possibly a do a bit of trail surfacing. If time allows we also have a group work on maintaining the lower Mount Si Trail.

You will need to fill out the waiver for Mountains to Sound to participate in this activity, use registration Link:April 12 Mount Si Trailhead - Mountaineers - Mountains To Sound Greenway Trust

Mount Si Trailhead is the starting point for one of Washington State’s most popular and challenging hikes. Located near North Bend, Washington, the trailhead provides access to the Mount Si Trail, a steep, well-maintained path that ascends about 3,150 feet over roughly 4 miles (8 miles round trip).

A short ADA loop trail is also found at the trailhead.

The trailhead is serviced by Trailhead Direct, Memorial Day through mid-September. Check for schedule and itinerary updates at: https://trailheaddirect.org/

We will start promptly at 9 am and end at 3.  Please allow plenty of time to arrive a few minutes early.
