Although this is listed a hike,  a good portion of trail will be  more like a bootpath (think Cable Line Trail).   Be prepared to hike on rocky, rooty, snowy and muddy trails.

Please check WTA and Alltrails for recent trip reports.   Very bad weather will likely cancel the hike.

An email will be sent to participants the day before the trip.

11am ready to go.

Trailhead instructions from WTA:  about 45 min from Tibbets P&R in Issaquah.  NW Forest Park Pass or America the Beautiful pass required for parking.

Drive east on I-90 from Seattle to exit 34 or Edgewick Road. Turn left over the overpass onto 468th Avenue past the truck stop and gas station area to the junction with the Middle Fork Road (FR 56). The sign is on the left in trees and easy to miss. Turn right, pass a school and continue up the Middle Fork Road for 11.8 miles to the large Middle Fork trailhead parking area on the right. There is one fork -- you can take either road, they link up a bit further down. Privy available and NW Forest Pass is required.
