Turning Outdoor Mistakes into Leadership Wins - Online Classroom

Explore how to own, learn from, and leverage mistakes to strengthen both individual and group leadership with Jeannette Stawski in this Leadership Development Series webinar.

  • Casual

In the outdoors, mistakes are inevitable—conditions shift, decisions have to be made quickly, and not everything goes according to plan. What matters most isn’t whether mistakes happen, but how leaders respond to them. Drawing from The Outdoor Leader, this seminar reframes mistakes as opportunities for growth, innovation, and deeper team connection. Participants will explore how to own, learn from, and leverage mistakes to strengthen both individual and group leadership.
