This session is specifically geared towards Mountaineers cross-country ski leaders. The topic will be group management, including tips and tricks for keeping a group of skiers of varying fitness and skill levels together on the trail.
This training will be facilitated by Denes Balazs, a PSIA-NW Cross Country clinician. If you have PSIA/AASI certification, this meeting will not fulfill your PSIA continuing-ed credit.
Registration will be prioritized for Mountaineers cross-country ski leaders and instructors. If you are not a cross-country ski volunteer and you are interested to attend this training, please email Sara Ramsay.
This session will be recorded for those who can't attend "in person".
