Running in the winter poses challenges even for the seasoned trail runner. Join us and learn about winter trail running, with a focus on running-specific snowshoes.  

We will meet online using Zoom from 7:00-8:00pm. Details on how to join the Zoom meeting will be sent to registered participants in advance of the seminar.
