Participants must source their own backcountry set up. The Mountaineers does not have any available for loan.
- Skis with a touring binding (frame binding, tech binding, or shifts are all acceptable) or splitboard
- Ski touring boots with a walk mode, or snowboard boots if splitboarding
- Ski helmet
- Goggles
- Skins
- Poles
Avalanche safety equipment (The Mountaineers may be able to source these for you)
- Avalanche beacon
- Probe
- Snow shovel
