TAC MAC Ski Mountaineering - Snoqualmie Summit Ski Areas

The focus of this workshop will be practicing ski mountaineering skills

Participants are welcome to come on the first day of the Vantage trip on Saturday. We will depart Vantage early in the morning and head to Snoqualmie Pass for a day of practice.

Those not attending Vantage are welcome to meet us there.

We will practice the following skills:

Roped travel with skis on

using ski crampons

Building ski anchors

Crevasse rescue: roped skier

Crevasse rescue: unroped skier

Plan on a long, full day of learning.
