Carpool from Tacoma Friday afternoon

We will be staying at the North Cascades Mountain Hostel in Winthrop, which is $25 per night.

Depart Tacoma Friday afternoon, stay at the lodge Friday night. XC Skiing on Sat, stay a second night at the lodge on Sat night, and depart Sunday mid-day.

Mountaineers will cover trail passes for volunteers. Kids get free trail passes.

Participants will be responsible for their gear rentals, but we get a very good discount on rentals. Mountaineers can provide snowshoes for those who don't want to ski.

Ice-skating is also an option on Saturday evening - bring a few extra $ if you want to skate.

Mountaineers provide breakfast and dinner - participants bring their own lunch and snacks.

Hostel provides beds, blankets/pillows, showers, kitchen.
