'The Naturalist at Home' with author Kelly Brenner - Mountaineers Tacoma Program Center

Kelly Brenner, author of the PNBA and Washington State Book Awards finalist 'Nature Obscura,' will share ideas from her new book 'The Naturalist at Home: Projects for Discovering the Hidden World Around Us,' an collection of accessible, hands-on outdoor activities and science experiments.

Seattle–based naturalist, writer, and artist Kelly Brenner will talk about her new book and share ideas for nature-based projects. She's a nonfiction writer who has talked with National Geographic about being a "wildlife detective," and she's been a guest on Oregon's Journaling with Nature podcast. Come and hear from Kelly about her storytelling and connecting with the natural world.
