We'll share our fitness tips and discuss resources available to help you develop a fitness plan. We'll focus on ways that you can get ready to meet your hiking and backpacking goals this year.

We will hold this session from 7-8pm via Zoom and will send a link to registered participants the day before the class. 

Using Zoom, we'll review various fitness resources offered through the Mountaineers and elsewhere. We'll discuss how planning helps us stay on track and how to incorporate strength, cardio and the need for  recovery time.
