the Palouse to Cascade is an old railroad grade route, so relatively level, and wide. No protection from rain/snow. Some wind protection.Due to time of year, there may be. snow on trail. ????Use boots! We will walk eastbound about 3 miles, have lunch, then turn around and return.

We will meet at the Puyallup/South Hill park n ride, at 7:30 AM, for car pooling.WA State Discover Pass required for parking at trailhead. Restrooms available, but not necessarily. close. Bring your own TP in case they are out. We will drive to the trailhead by: Hwy 512 to join Hwy 167, then turning onto Hwy 18 near Auburn. Then turn onto I 90 to trailheadl
