Tips and Techniques for New Rock Climbers

Learn some basic techniques to move smoothly on rock.

This hands-on clinic will get you on our climbing wall, practicing basic rock climbing techniques to help you move with purpose and efficiency.

The target audience for this course is Basic Alpine Climbing Course students who are brand new to rock climbing.

Please arrive by 6:30pm, and bring your harness, belay device, and either rock climbing shoes or mountaineering boots.

Clinic takes place at the Tacoma Mountaineers 2302 N 30th st Tacoma 98403.
