For over fifty years, your passion, impact, and dedication have shaped The Mountaineers, and you're invited to a special luncheon honoring long-time members like you. Join us on Thursday, June 5, 2025, from 11 AM to 2 PM at the Seattle Program Center for an inspiring afternoon of connection in community featuring a keynote presentation from climbing legend Jim Donini.

There is no cost to attend this luncheon, but if you would like to help cover the cost of the event and chip in for lunch, visit our 50-year member donation page.

About Jim Donini

An icon in the climbing world for over half a century, Jim  has inspired generations with his groundbreaking alpine ascents worldwide. From his pivotal role in the Yosemite "Valley Uprising" era to his remarkable resilience chronicled in Mountaineers Books title,  Survival Is Not Assured. Jim's life is a testament to the spirit of adventure, embodying the shared values of what it means to be a Mountaineer. Hear Jim share his remarkable stories and have the opportunity to purchase and have signed a copy of his award-winning book.
