Start your week off on the right foot with a virtual yoga class geared towards mountain-loving humans who are missing time in the mountains!

About the class

This class will be Mixed Vinyasa yoga with a special focus on core. It will be accessible to those with any level of prior yoga experience. A yoga mat is recommended. 


This virtual class will be delivered via Zoom meeting. Zoom works best on a computer with a speaker and camera, as well as high-speed internet. Information about how to log-on to the meeting will be sent on Sunday at 5pm.

About the Instructor

Theresa Soley has been practicing yoga since 2007 and teaching since 2015. She has a master's degree in science communication, training from vinyasa to trauma-informed yoga, and works as an outdoor guide in the summer months. Class  space is limited to 25 attendees. All attendees must RSVP to receive the link to join this virtual class. This information will be emailed to all RSVP'd attendees on Sunday at 5pm.
