Summer Camp - Wilderness Discovery Week - Seattle - 2023

Youth Program

Summer Camp - Wilderness Discovery Week

A fun-filled camp week featuring lots of climbing, outdoor curriculum, and guest presentations!

Mountaineers explore! This short week is all about learning about the world around us and filling our time together with as much fun as possible.

Campers ages 6-12 are invited to a three-day week packed with traditional camp games, songs and a heavy dose of outdoor adventure. Each week consists of rock climbing, outdoor skills, crafts, and swimming. Additionally, every week has a special activity and/or outdoor adventures relating to the given theme.

Due to the shortened nature of the week, Wilderness Discovery Camp will not feature field trips. However, campers will spend three days immersed in outdoor curriculum. We'll identify plants in Magnuson Park, work on our nature photography, learn from guest speakers, and more!
