A conditioning hike to help prepare and train for backpack trips, longer backpack trips, glacier climbs, alpine rock climbs, etc.

Hike will be led by volunteer leader, Matt Swenson. The current plan is to meet at the Mercer Island P&R at 8 AM, start hiking by 9 AM, and aim to be finished by 4-5 PM, including time for breaks and lunch. This route requires micro spikes and possibly snowshoes--please reach out directly to your leader, Matt Swenson, to request leader permission and learn the specific details if interested in the hike.
