Urban Walks are low-stress activities to help you determine where you are in terms of gear, the pace (1.5 - 2 mph) and distance you can complete comfortably, and what your season goals for conditioning and walking are. You decide what level of walks and pace are the best fit for you to sign up for - no pressure, no judgment!

Participation in 2 November Urban Walks is required for all GoWalk! participants.
November Urban Walks open for registration on Friday, October 3 at 6:00am. Register for only one in the first week. Registration for the second walk opens Friday, October 10 at 6:00am.
