March GoWalk! L5 Urban Walks: 4 to 8 miles, 500 to 1000 feet of elevation gain - Washington Park Arboretum

This GoWalk outing is designed for those recovering from injury. If you are looking for a workout or a naturalist walk, this is not your activity. We will travel 1.5 to 2 miles per hour. This walk will be mostly on concrete and with some elevation gains. Our route is a variation on the loop.

The pace is listed as 1.5- 2 miles per hour. This walk is designed for those recovering from injury, so the pace may change depending on how participants feel. No one will be left behind, and no one's pace will be too slow for this group. 

We will meet in front of the restrooms at the Graham Visitors Center,
2300 Arboretum Dr E, Seattle, WA 98112 at 10 am.

The restrooms are located next to the parking lot, which can be full, so please give yourself extra time in case you have to park in the overflow sections.
