  2. "Hello" Email Draft: Aspiring leaders draft a welcome/introductory email to potential participants.
A well-crafted "hello" email to participants sets the tone for a successful and enjoyable trip. It's an opportunity to introduce yourself, build excitement, and provide essential information. Consider including a warm welcome and brief introduction of yourself and your experience. Clearly state the trip's destination, date, and meeting time/location. Highlight the trip's highlights or unique aspects to generate enthusiasm. Provide a concise packing list or link to a more detailed one. Mention any specific skills or fitness levels required and any pre-trip preparation participants should complete. Crucially, include your contact information and encourage participants to reach out with any questions or concerns. Finally, reiterate your excitement for the upcoming adventure and your commitment to ensuring a safe and memorable experience for everyone.
    Considerations for your "Hello" Email:
    1. Subject Line: Make it clear and concise that grabs attention
    2. Personalization: Address participants by name if possible.
    3. Enthusiasm: Convey your excitement for the trip.
    4. Clarity: Provide all essential details in a clear and easy-to-read format.
    5. Conciseness: Keep the email brief and to the point.
    6. Call to Action: Encourage questions and communication.
    7. Proofreading: Double-check for typos and grammatical errors.
    8. Mobile-Friendly: Ensure the email is easily readable on mobile devices.
