Wet Wednesday - Lake Washington

Skill practice session and community building through out the summer months.

  • Sea Kayak I/II
  • Easy

Join us for an evening of practicing your new learned skills, or honing skills you’ve been striving to perfect in a fun, relaxed setting with like-minded paddlers while the water is warm.

We will divide the time between stroke practice and rescue skills. Around 8:30 pm we will return to shore for “tailgate” snacks while we watch the sun go down.  Bringing a snack to share is optional.

We have 3 available kayaks which can be used for this year students who do not own one.  First come, first serve. If you plan to use the club kayak please fill in this form https://forms.gle/ovvc5otBqBugKKfr8 and type "Yes" in the Registration Notes. You have to have your own PFD.

Arrive at Concrete Beach (Pontiac Bay) about 6pm for a 6:30 pm launch.  Lots of parking near the launch site.
