We will spend the day learning and fine-tuning techniques for making our kayaks move through the water as we would like, and to do so as smoothly and effortlessly as possible. We will concentrate on tuning each stroke to most effectively move the kayak. We will emphasize connection of body to boat, boat attitude and eliminating actions that reduce efficiency.

The area around Bowman Bay is a great way to use the features to start to work on rock gardening skills.
