This workshop will begin promptly at 6:00 pm upstairs at the Seattle Mountaineers Program Center. We will aim to adjourn at 8:00 pm. Please wear warm clothing for outdoor compass practice.

All videos and pre-work (including test) must be completed before attending this workshop. These videos take several hours to complete, and must be started well in advance. In addition, a photo of your correctly declination-adjusted compass should be submitted to the instructor at least two days prior to the workshop.

The workshop features map and compass work  with Green Trails Mt Si 206S and an outdoor compass session, followed by instruction and practice with GaiaGPS to prepare for the Field Trip
