The trailhead is in Wallace Falls State Park in Gold Bar, just a couple of miles off of Highway 2. You'll have the option of meeting at a Park and Ride to carpool or to meet at the trailhead. Details for the car pool meet up option and meeting time will be in the "Hello Hiker" email (sent out the week before the hike), but expect to be on the trail by 9:30AM. There are restrooms at the trailhead parking lot.
A Discover pass is required to park at Wallace Falls State Park.
This hike will be lead at a moderate CHS2 pace of 2.0-2.5mph. We will start our hike by doing the Small Falls loop, then we will continue up the Woody Trail to visit each of the main Wallace Falls viewpoints. We will reach our high point and lunch stop when we visit the bridge that spans the Wallace River at the top of the falls. We will return to the trailhead on the same trails.
