CHS 2 Hike - Oyster Dome

In this hike you'll get stunning views, well-maintained paths, and a mostly shaded trail. Challenges include steep climbs and horse droppings (this is a shared path). This will be a muddy trail - choose your footwear (during and after hike) wisely.

You will receive the "Hello Hiker" pre-trip email Tuesday evening before the hike. 
Out: Lilly Lizard Trail to  Lilly Max Connector to Max's Shortcut; a quick side trip to Lilly Lake, then to the Oyster Dome overlook for stunning views of The Sound.
Back: Lilly Lake trail to loop onto Lilly Lizard trail.

Meet at the Blanchard mountain Trail Upper Parking lot at 8a.m.

Parking pass needed: Discover Pass 

The parking lot is up a forest road. There is a junction that could lead you the wrong way, so be sure to pay attention to the signs. Please be sure you are in the upper parking lot and not the lower.
