CHS 2 Hike - Mount Washington (Snoqualmie)

Field trip: Conditioning Hiking Series

CHS 2 Hike - Mount Washington (Snoqualmie)

Mt Washington (exit #38 off of I90) is a hike which offers both a great workout and, weather permitting, a great view!

  • Strenuous
  • Challenging
  • Mileage: 8.5 mi
  • Elevation Gain: 3,250 ft
  • Pace: 2-3 MPH

Plan to hike at a moderate, steady pace with fewer breaks. We'll find a comfortable pace that offers some good conditioning but still prioritizes safety and having fun over speed. If it's a nice day, we'll hang out on top to enjoy the view and take a leisurely break.

More details in pre-trip email.

Meet at the Mt Washington trailhead parking area, ready to start hiking, at 8:30 AM.

Directions to TH:  I90 east to exit #38. Take your first right into Ollalie State Park parking area. DISCOVER PASS required.
