Field trip: Conditioning Hiking Series
CHS 2 Hike - Mount Defiance
This is one of my favorite hikes! Pass Mason Lake, continue to ascend, with one final push up to the lovely summit with 360-degree views. We will have a short section of silent time, hiking mindfully; time to quiet our minds and deepen into the AWE of nature.

This is a CHS2 paced hike. We tend to average around 2.2-2.4 mph, a little slower on the uphill and a little faster on the downhill and more level terrain.
