Good conditioning hike that climbs up the west side of Squak Mountain. The climbing is in two sections, separated by a pretty, mostly level valley with boardwalks. The destination is Debbie's View, which has a nice view to the south, including Mt. Rainier if conditions are clear enough. We will stop at another scenic viewpoint on the way down. We will take breaks every hour so and also at the viewpoints.
We will meet at 800am at the Cougar/Squak Corridor Trailhead, just off SR900; no parking pass required. We will start hiking no later than 815am.
