From the North Chuckanut Mountain Trailhead, we will hike 1.2 miles up the Hemlock Trail to the North Lost Lake intersection. Then hike 1 mile up North Lost Lake Trail to where the 3 mile long Chuckanut Ridge Trail begins. If the weather is clear, we will have great views of Baker in the east and the lower British Columbia mountains to the north. We will hike to our turn-around point at the Cyrus Gates Overlook, where we will take our longer snack/lunch break with views out over Puget Sound to Lummi Island and the San Juan Islands.

After-hike meal option: We'll look for an option in the Fairhaven area. Details will be in the Hello Hiker email.
