Meet at 8:30 am at Taylor Mountain Forest trailhead, 13201 Squak Mountain Rd SE, Issaquah, WA 98027. It is southeast of Tiger Mountain, south of I-90 and east of SR 18, between Hobart and North Bend. Car pool options will be in the Hello Hiker letter.
This is a “lasso loop” route which ascends the Holder Ridge Trail to reach Holder Knob Trail, loops around the Holder Knob trail back to the Holder Ridge Trail.
The trail is mixed use with the possibility of horsees. Hence the earlier start.
