CHS 1 Hike - Lower Tuscohatchie Lake

Due to a high water at Denny Creek as well as a troublesome snow field crossing, this hike has been changed. The Denny Creek TH to Lake Melakwa segment has been deleted. This is now an "in and out" hike) from the Pratt/Granite TH trailheads to Lower Tuscohatchie Lake. We'll pass by three Snoqualmie-area lakes; Lower Tuscohatchie, Pratt, and Olallie. CHS 1 pace (1.5-2.0 mph).

WTA trip reports mention a few blowdowns, few snow patches and bugs.

No special technical skills or equipment required. Rain gear and insect repellant recommended.   

We'll leave from the Issaquah Transit Center parking garage at 7:00am (1464 Newport Way NW, Issaquah, WA 98027, 1st Floor, SE corner) and drive to the Pratt/Granite trailhead off I-90 Exit 47.
