CHS 1 Hike - Hall Point

This route to Hall Point follows Change Creek with great views of Mount Teneriffe and Green Mountain to the west, Mailbox Peak to the north and Snoqualmie Pass to the east. We will also hike to Twin Falls to meet the CHS mileage/gain requirement for June. CHS 1 hike led at a pace of 1.5-2.0 mph.

Please bring a mask and hand sanitizer as well as the 10 essentials.  Masks may be lowered while we are hiking but please pull the mask up when passing people and on breaks.

The trail to Hall Point is not a maintained trail from the time it leaves the John Wayne trail.  Despite that, it is in good shape.

Meet at 8am at the bulletin board at the trailhead in the parking lot for Twin Falls.  Discover Pass required.

Driving directions: To reach the main trailhead, drive east on I-90 to exit 34 (about 31 miles from Seattle). Turn right at the end of the exit ramp onto 468th Avenue SE, and proceed a little more than half a mile to SE 159th Street. Turn left and continue another half mile where the road dead ends in the Twin Falls parking lot.
