Together we will hike the gentle trail to the Big Four Ice Caves viewpoint where we will have a short break, then hike back to the covered picnic area to prepare our meals together.

We will move at an easy pace and adjust as needed--slower on the uphill/faster on the downhill to meet participants needs and foster socialization. Clothing adjustments, bio breaks, and pacing check-ins as the group needs. This trail does have a few sun exposed areas but is mostly dapple shade until the end point near the caves which is full sun. We will cross the Stillaguamish river over a sturdy new metal bridge.  The picnic area is covered.

Restroom: there are vault toilets in the main parking

Expectations: for you to arrive on time & ready for a fun adventure, to socialize and participate at your comfort level, advocate for your self any concerns or needs--it's YOUR hike too!
