These workouts are a chance for the Mountaineers community to train for the day we can get back outside!

All workouts can be modified for individual fitness goals and available equipment.

We'll meet online from 4-5pm for a workout!

A link will be sent to all registrants a few hours before the workout.

Laptop or tablet equipped for video conferencing.

Dumbells or "odd object" Small backpack with books for weight, water bottles, etc.

Sturdy Chair, bench or sofa,

Floor space, preferably some carpet or padding.
