*All of this hike will be in the dark and this trip will run rain or shine!*
The goal for this hike is to build fitness for the climbing season. Bring a pack weight that will challenge you, but allow you to maintain a moderate pace (about 2 mph).
From the Cable Line trailhead, we'll travel as a group on the connector trail toward the Tiger Mountain trailhead. From there, we'll take the Nook Trail to the Talus Rocks Trail to the Section Line Trail to West Tiger 3 summit. Link to route.
We'll gather as a group at the top for a snack break and knots practice (Basic Climbing students, bring your practice rope!). Then, we'll return the way we came, as a group.
If we've climbed together or you've been on my conditioning hikes before, you have permission to sign up. All others, please use the "request leader's permission" button and tell me about other hikes or conditioning you've done recently.
Meet at the Cable Line Trailhead at 5:45pm. Boots on the trail at 6pm sharp! Don't be late!
Discover Pass required for each vehicle at the trailhead.
