Conditioning hike at a 2 hour pace for SMC-R SIG.

This is a fitness eval where you need to be able to carry 20% of body weight or 25lbs up to the bench below the haystack in under 2 hours.

I will be at the TH ready to weigh packs by 5:45pm. We plan to start hiking no later than 6. Confirmation email will be sent before the hike with more details.

I will have room for a carpool from downtown, email me or find me on slack if interested.
