Climbing Conditioner - Mount Si Main Trail

Conditioning hike at a 2 hour pace for Dan Fleming SIG. Open to all climbing and scrambling students/grads

If you want this to count for your fitness test I will weigh your pack before we start.

Meet at the trailhead at 8am and be ready to go at 8:15am.  We will hike up at your own pace, but we will travel together as a group coming back down on Mt Si Main Trail.

The primary goal for the hike is to get a check on fitness and set expectations for the minimum fitness requirements for successful trips with the Basic Alpine Course. Eventually you need to be able to carry 20% of body weight or 25lbs up to the bench below the haystack in under 2 hours. It's up to you on how much weight you want to carry for this hike.
